The Centro de Exposiciones y Congresos de Ayamonte hosts the second edition of "Huelva es Sabor", the Gastronomic Contest for the Best Sustainable Dish in the province of Huelva. The event is promoted by the promoter Javier Saavedra.
The main novelty of this edition is that the contest opens its doors to the general public. Until now, according to the Ayuntamiento de Ayamonte, residents and visitors could not approach the proposals of the participating chefs; on this occasion they will be able to discover their creations and try the products of the province.
The contest focuses on local cuisine, zero-kilometer products and Huelva gastronomy. For Ayamonte, hosting "Huelva es Sabor" means projecting the town as a setting for initiatives linked to gastronomy and tourism.
