The Huelva Book Fair celebrates its 50th edition from Friday, October 16 to Sunday, October 25 in Plaza de las Monjas. It is organized by the Huelva City Council with the Asociación de Librerías de Huelva and the Federación Onubense de Empresarios (FOE).
There are 22 stands from bookshops, publishers, administrations, universities and foundations. The main events are in the Espacio UNIA: Miguel Pardeza (17, 20:00), Lola Pons (21, 18:00), Isabel San Sebastián (23, 18:00), Paul Pen (23, 20:00), Rodrigo Cortés (24, 19:00), Ángeles González-Sinde (25, 12:00) and J. J. Benítez (25, 19:00).
New this year: Huelva Black, a mystery and crime novel festival by the Diputación and the Fundación Caja Rural del Sur. Also storytelling, workshops, cosplay, escape room, easy reading and activities for schools.
