Play, compete or simply watch. The Polideportivo Andrés Estrada opens its doors on Saturday, November 7 and Sunday, November 8 for the third edition of the Huelva Gaming Day, a free event that this year expands its programme and brings together video games, technology, digital culture and shows for all audiences.
The free play area will be open from 12.00 to 20.00 hours with 42 screens and consoles, eight driving simulators, five virtual reality stations, four arcade machines, board games and a retro video game space. All of this in a setup of about 800 square metres, with a 72-square-metre stage and more than 60 chairs for the public.
Eight tournaments and competitions with prizes
Those who want to compete have eight tournaments spread across the two days. On Saturday there is FC 27 at 13.00 hours; Tekken 8 at 17.00; Street Fighter 6 at 18.00; and Tetris at 19.00. On Sunday come Mario Kart World at 12.00; Dragon Ball Z Fighters at 13.00; Just Dance at 17.00; and Captain Tsubasa at 18.30. The tournament prizes consist of a T-shirt and a PS4 game.

The talent made in the province

The five projects will also have a permanent space during the event to talk with their creators.
Local illustration takes over Sunday, November 8, at 12.30 hours, with a round table featuring Naro Artistt, Leticiamorgadoart, Thecaothiicchaox, Laura BD and Naisu, and with stands from artists and illustrators. Content creators have their appointment on Saturday at 17.00 hours with the round table «Youtubers en el mundo de los videojuegos», with Rale11play, Manu Partida, Zequio and Carmen Calvo.
Voice actress Claudia Caneda takes part on Sunday, November 8 at 16.00 hours, if the logistical setbacks resulting from the tragedy of Urda allow it. On the main stage there will also be a dance exhibition by the Asociación Juvenil La Nueva Escuela on Saturday at 13.30 and a musical performance by 4Mix on Sunday at the same time. The association Inku Sen is in charge of the board games and Retro Impulse of the retro video games.
