With the magnifying glass at the top on your phone, or the search box at the top on a computer. The most common searches appear under the magnifying glass.

Why does the home page change order depending on the time?

Because people look for different things at different times. At night, tomorrow's things go at the top; at weekends and on public holidays, the pharmacy on duty and things to do. If you'd rather have a fixed order, use «Make it yours» above the home page; «By the time of day» puts it back as it was.
